This is the picture of DJ the Sheep, the winner of my 12 Pets of Christmas Contest.

These are pictures of DJ wearing the first place prize of a sheepskin coat Where Hot Comes To Die ™ baseball cap.

The sheep is obnoxious and should NOT have won. It has no talent and is an inanimate object!

And may I add, the sheep is a PROP ACT! Not since Carrot Top beat the late, great Bill Hicks at the Comedy Awards has the community been so outraged!

  7. Apparently we have a disgruntled feline contestant.

  8. Wait, what talented, animated cat entry are you talking about Disgruntled Feline Contestant? I don't think I saw that one.

The sheep is cute but it's NOT a pet! Does that mean I can enter my 1980's hot pants instead of a sweater in that contest??? I'm going to throw my poms at you.

  10. Wow, go to work and miss a lot!

"The contest is to dress your pet (live, dead, stuffed or virtual) for Christmas and send me the jpg before December 1."

So it looks like, pom not, you can enter in your hot pants instead of a sweater if that is what the rules say.

    Hope this helps. :)

The feline contestant barely survived kidney failure in July, and was the final pet contestant. He was (feline-appropriate) photographed while sleeping with his blankie, "Merry Christmas to All, and to All a Good Night." He's a monologist and had problems with competing with a prop act -- traditionally an audience favorite but despised by good comics everywhere (except the fabulous Steve Martin who used to juggle kittens and wear an arrow through his head)....
    All in fun,

  12. sheepy, you lie.

pom not, if you have hotpants from 1980, we're going to need to see that in a picture.

erin, I think I should make you a judge for next year.

Disgruntled, I would like to see a picture of the cat with an arrow through its head.

  13. ooo...if the cat is wearing an arrow through its head can we also see it juggling baby Steve Martins? Then I would pick the cat as first place.
