I took this picture at the Melrose Flea Market. I did not see who was driving it but I had never seen a handicapped plate on a vette. What kind of handicap could he have? Not enough money to buy a Ferrari?
He must have a hard time getting in and out of that thing with a handicap. I take care of a lot of elderly patients at the hospital. Many of them have a real hard time walking or getting up and down from a chair, and yet they drive. Very scary!
