L.A. Sign Of The Times #59

And you thought you had trouble throwing things out? I found this Christmas tree yesterday over in Beachwood Canyon.

And for those of you playing along with the home game, it's June.

  1. That is hilarious... I love throwing things away, probably TOO much. I did NOT inherit this from my MOTHER who saves everything. Dead light bulbs, old grocery bags, holey socks, batteries ... I'm sure she would see this tree and think, ah what a waste.

    Merry Christmas!

  6. I won't tell you how long it took us to get rid of our tree, but I will say it was closer to now than to Christmas. Yeah, it was in the side yard.

  9. When you see that, you just have to wonder...at what point did they FINALLY say "enough?"

What pushed them into the land of action...

Are you sure your building's recently terminated resident manager didn't retrieve the tree from her cache of decorating items and place it near you to continue to be included in your blog?

  13. One year our Christmas tree served extended duty as a Valentine's tree. And an Easter tree. And a Memorial Day tree. Really.
